Clubhouse & Marquee Hire

The Clubhouse has been totally refurbished.  Together with new disabled toiets and wheelchair access the facilities are ideal for hire for a range of events and activities.

The area measues 4.6 metres by 10.5 metres plus a fully equipped kitchen area and licenced bar.  The availibity of the bar is by discussion.  There is no additional charge.

The seating capacity of the Club interior is 52.  An additional 8 people may stand giving a maximum internal safe capacity of 60 people.  A further 11 people can sit on the verandah and any number may stand.

In addition in the summer months we have a 10 metre by 4 metre marquee overlooking our croquet lawn.  Electrical power can be provided.

Hire charges are dependent on the nature of the organisation hiring, the size and timing of the event but a guideline price is between £10 and £20 per hour.  Due to a six-fold increase, in the Clubhouse heating is charged separately at £2.50 / hour.  Two x three kilowatt ceiling heaters are available.
